About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Design Director to join our team at Nike. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading the charge in creating groundbreaking design directions that push the boundaries of creativity and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate the visions of our partners and brand into impactful graphics and prints for both apparel and footwear that stand out on the world's biggest stages.
  • Drive a collaborative environment where diverse visions come to life, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
  • Mentor and grow the design team, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Partner closely with the Apparel & Footwear Directors, as well as cross-functional partners and external collaborators, to deliver high-quality designs that meet brand objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree or higher in Graphic Design or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 8+ years of relevant design work experience in a related field.
  • Experience with both print and digital media.
  • Strong illustration, typography, brand identity, and color theory skills.
  • Mastery of the creative process, guiding the team through all stages of design.
  • Excellent storytelling skills.
  • Mastery in presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead product creation while leveraging 3D capabilities and video content.
  • Proficiency in digital design software (Creative Suite).
  • Deep understanding of make and manufacturing processes.
  • Profound knowledge of fashion and elevated craft.
  • Proven ability to inspire and lead creative teams under high-pressure environments.
