Mandarich Law Group is seeking a skilled Collection Agent to join our team in Lake Mary, Florida. As a Collection Agent, you will play a critical role in negotiating delinquent and charged-off accounts on behalf of our clients.

**Responsibilities**

* Handle inbound calls to contact consumers and attorney offices to negotiate account settlements
* Calculate acceptable settlement amounts based on client guidelines
* Effectively manage an open queue of accounts to meet monthly collection goals

**Requirements**

* Excellent verbal communication skills
* Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
* Previous customer service experience preferred
