Construction Administrative Coordinator Specialist

Job Title: Construction Administrative Coordinator
At Ritter Communications Holdings, LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled Construction Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for problem-solving.
**Job Summary:**
The Construction Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating construction dispatch and reporting, addressing customer concerns, and documenting concerns, research practices, and resolutions. This role requires strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Dispatch contractors to resolve customer install turn backs and locate turn backs
- Contacts existing and potential customers concerning any problems or concerns they might have as a result of the construction process; facilitates resolution via internal or external means
- Documents concerns, research practices, and resolutions in order to improve construction processes;
- Works closely with Construction Communication and IA Manager as well as Director of Construction to generate and maintain performance reporting;
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Proven success collaborating and building strong relationships with customers; demonstrated ability to manage customer escalations and drive to desired outcome is required
- Experience with SmartSheets, Excel, Outlook, and Word preferred
