Job Summary:

This role provides direct clinical patient care in a fast-paced environment at Princeton Medical Center. The successful candidate will assume responsibility for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis. The role will also supervise staff to ensure appropriate care is delegated and support the Chief Nursing Officer in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Active and current registered nurse license in the state of residence/practice
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to serve as a role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing

Education and Certifications:

  • Graduated from a state-approved school of nursing or an accredited school
  • Preferred: Academic degree in nursing (Bachelor's or Master's degree)
  • Must be currently licensed, certified, or registered to practice the profession as required by law, regulation, or policy. CPR certification is also required.
