This role is part of our SodexoMAGIC portfolio, a joint venture between Sodexo and Magic Johnson Enterprises. We are seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join our team at JFK International Airport.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide culinary leadership and menu planning for our high-volume baking operations.
  • Manage food production, inventory, and forecasting to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
  • Ensure compliance with Sodexo culinary standards and implement quality control measures.
  • Develop and motivate team members to drive culinary innovation and excellence.
  • Ensure food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards are met.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of culinary management experience, with a focus on high-volume baking.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to develop and motivate team members.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early morning and overnight shifts.
