A Student Transportation Specialist is tasked with the secure and efficient conveyance of students to educational institutions and related events. This position demands strict adherence to established routes, prioritizing the safety of children, and ensuring the vehicle is maintained in optimal condition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safe Transport:
    • Drive the school vehicle safely in accordance with designated routes and timetables.
    • Guarantee the safety of students during boarding, transit, and disembarkation.
    • Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to confirm the vehicle's operational status.
  • Student Oversight:
    • Uphold order and discipline among students throughout the journey.
    • Assist students in safely crossing streets and ensure they are picked up and dropped off at the correct locations.
    • Document and report any behavioral concerns to school officials.
  • Regulatory Compliance and Safety:
    • Adhere to all traffic regulations and school transportation policies.
