Account Executive

The Account Executive, under the supervision of the Sales Manager and the Director of Sales, serves as a liaison between Trinity Health and referral sources such as discharge planners in acute care, skilled nursing, short-term rehabilitation settings, as well as independent living, personal care and assisted living facilities, CCRCs and physician practices.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the face of Trinity Health in assigned geography
- Work across all departments to coordinate care
- Process referrals and increase market share from assigned accounts to achieve target forecast
- Develop good rapport with referral sources and other community groups
- Utilize strong communication and relationship development skills
- Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years healthcare sales experience, home care experience and/or clinical background preferred
- Computer efficient with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to develop good rapport with referral sources and other community groups
