We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Program Director to join our team at HealthCorps. This full-time position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive salary range of $50,000-$60,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

About the Role
As a Regional Program Director, you will be responsible for implementing an innovative community-wide wellness program in Riverside/San Bernardino County, empowering teens to make healthier choices for themselves and their families. You will serve as a catalyst for sustainable change, promoting improved health and wellness within schools and the broader communities.

Your Responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships with local universities, community partners, schools, and district staff to ensure effective delivery of health and wellness programming across 8-15 school sites.
- Build and lead a team of near-peer mentors, overseeing recruitment, application, training, onboarding, and ongoing oversight to support in-school program delivery.
- Assess community needs and progress by researching health inequities and measuring impact through reporting and tracking work.
- Manage HealthCorps' program activities and health-promoting events across the community throughout the school year.
- Share and promote HealthCorps initiatives through social media and events, supporting the development and promotion of programs that empower teens to become change agents within their families, schools, and neighborhoods.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience in a related field.
- 3+ years of relevant program management experience or 5-7 years of relevant health and wellness, education, and/or service-based experience is required.
- Experience serving as a mentor or supervisor to teens, university students, or a team of staff, with knowledge of recruitment and training practices.
- Experience working in an education system and balancing multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a fast-changing environment.
- Ability to demonstrate an established professional health and/or educational network in the greater Riverside community.

Benefits
This position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive salary range of $50,000-$60,000 per year, commensurate with experience. As a remote employee, you must be located within the greater Riverside/San Bernardino County area, have a valid driver's license, and your own vehicle or access to public transportation for frequent travel to area schools and universities.
