Job Summary:

Acadia Healthcare is seeking a skilled Therapist (LPC/LADC/LCSW/LMFT) PRN to provide high-quality psychotherapy services to patients. As a key member of our treatment team, you will be responsible for conducting individual, group, or family therapy sessions, developing treatment plans, and maintaining accurate documentation of services provided.

Responsibilities:

Provide and document psychotherapy services to patients as scheduled.
Conduct individual, group, or family therapy sessions as appropriate for treatment plans.
Develop and coordinate initial treatment planning for patients based on assessments and revise as necessary.
Maintain documentation of therapy services provided to each patient according to facility and professional standards.
Participate in treatment team meetings and collaborate with other staff to facilitate services for patients.
May provide services in an inpatient or outpatient setting and perform case management, discharge, or aftercare planning as needed.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Social Work or Human Services field from an accredited college or university and pursuing under supervision.
One to two years of experience working with comparable patient populations.
First Aid, CPR, de-escalation, and restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility).

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's or better in Social Work.
Licenses and certifications such as Lic Prof Counselor, Lic Clin Social Wkr, Lic Marriage Family Thera, and Lic Behavioral Practition.
