Crisis Center Clinician Job Description

At Clarvida - Idaho, we are seeking a skilled Crisis Center Clinician to join our team. As a Clinician, you will work with youth experiencing behavioral health crises, providing focused attention and care. Your role will involve building healthy relationships, teaching social skills, coping skills, and anger management skills. You will also conduct initial assessments, provide crisis counseling, and coordinate with other service providers on treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete initial assessments and provide crisis counseling
  • Conduct individual, group, and family counseling sessions
  • Coordinate with other service providers on treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Use de-escalation techniques as necessary

Perks of this position:
  • $27-$28/hour
  • PRN stipend for every three shifts covered within a 90-day period
  • No client cancellations or travel
  • FT, PT options available
  • Overnight pay differential

Requirements:
  • Licensed in Idaho as LMSW, LPC, LCPC, LCSW, LMFT
  • Knowledge and experience utilizing psychological theories
  • Ability to pass background checks, including Enhanced Fingerprinting with ID DHW
