John Muir Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiovascular Progressive Care Unit team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a compassionate healing environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, delegate, and coordinate patient care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Utilize evidence-based practices and relevant patient care models to deliver exceptional care.
- Develop and maintain ongoing competency requirements for stroke care and cardiac pharmacology.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing.
- 1000 hours of experience in a Registered Nurse role in an acute care facility with medical and cardiac patients within the last 24 months.
- RN Registered Nursing - California Board of Nursing.
- BLS Basic Life Support - American Heart Association.
- ACLS Advanced Cardiac Life Support - American Heart Association.
- Approved Cardiac Rhythm Test.
- NIHSS National Institute of Health Stroke Scale.
- Demonstrated expertise in cardiac pharmacology, vasoactive therapy, temporary and permanent pacemakers, and emergency interventions.
Full-time position with a 12-hour day shift schedule.
Compensation:$104.97 hourly rate, with opportunities for growth and advancement.
