Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Onboarding Coordinator to join our team at iOne Digital. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for managing the job requisition and onboarding process, providing exceptional customer service to new hires, and supporting the recruitment team with various tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage job requisitions and onboarding processes, including reviewing and posting jobs, creating offer letters, and monitoring background check and I-9/E-Verify processing.
  • Source and prepare external postings, and act as the primary point of contact with new hires, providing high-touch customer service.
  • Conduct new hire orientations in coordination with the benefits team, and provide requested support to the recruiting team, including scheduling and outreach to candidates.
  • Assist in expanding recruitment efforts, including organizing and prepping for career fairs and other outreach events.
  • Creates support documents and updates SOPs as needed, and conducts research and provides polished findings/reports as requested by hiring managers, legal, finance, or HR teams.
Requirements
  • Critical thinking, innovation, and solution-focused approach.
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency, multitask, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and DocuSign.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and create polished presentations upon request.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a commitment to client and candidate satisfaction.
  • Project management experience, with the ability to respond to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • General knowledge of federal and state laws impacting the Human Resources function.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, with at least 2-4 years of experience in an HR support role or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience with applicant tracking software is preferred.
