Role Summary:

The Graphics Production Specialist is a pivotal role focused on the coordination, oversight, and execution of graphic elements for various projects. This position ensures that all tasks align with project timelines, budget constraints, and maintain the integrity of design. Experience in project management, production processes, and graphic design is crucial for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the production of graphics for extensive projects, including planning and budget oversight.
  • Assist in evaluating potential projects by providing estimates for graphic fabrication.
  • Manage the submission process for color palettes, samples, and prototypes.
  • Ensure adherence to the designer's vision throughout the production process.
  • Track and monitor graphic production activities, both internally and with external partners, ensuring an organized Master Matrix is maintained in Excel.
  • Review and annotate fabrication detail drawings, preparing them for technical specifications.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and execution, approving final graphic inspections.

Qualifications:

Essential:

  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in graphic management and/or production.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with detailed estimating and square footage calculations.
  • Ability to interpret fabrication drawings and prepare relevant technical specifications.
  • Strong prioritization skills in a dynamic environment with multiple projects and tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.

Desirable:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Design, Graphics, or a related field.
  • Experience in project management within large-scale projects or similar environments.
  • At least two (2) years in a Project Coordinator role or higher within an exhibit fabrication context.
  • Familiarity with both Mac and PC systems.
  • Knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project and/or Procore.
