Job DescriptionThe Director of Nursing assumes authority, responsibility, and accountability for the delivery of nursing services in the facility. In collaboration with Administration, the DON ensures compliance with all Department of Health regulations and passes the annual survey process. As a key leader, the DON assists with the organization, development, coordination, and direction of the Nursing Department to meet facility needs and requirements.
