Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Libra Industries Acquisition LLC. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on industrial production machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and mechanical issues with industrial machinery
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts
  • Use hand tools to install, adjust, mount, and maintain equipment
  • Assist with building maintenance, including changing lights, repairing restrooms, and painting
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 0-2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
  • Experience with operation and maintenance of placement machines, ovens, and soldering equipment
  • Familiarity with electronic servo controls, temperature controllers, conveyors, and drive mechanisms
  • Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and schematics
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Physical Requirements
  • Good corrected visual acuity for close visual inspection
  • Able to walk, access service areas of machinery without assistance
  • Lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
  • Use arms, shoulders, and hands to apply torque and maintain fine control of hand tools
