Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Automation Specialist to join our team at R&E Automated Systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing maintenance duties in the Industrial Automation Field, including start-up and debug of new systems, optimization of processes, and problem-solving existing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Start-up and debug of new systems, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Optimize processes to improve efficiency and productivity, reducing downtime and increasing overall system performance.
  • Identify and troubleshoot existing system issues, implementing effective solutions to resolve problems.
  • Provide production support, ensuring smooth operation and minimal disruptions.
  • Travel extensively to various industrial sites, working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in the controls field, with a strong understanding of industrial automation systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in Rockwell PLC programming, Siemens TIA Portal, and HMI programming, with experience in robot programming and conveyance troubleshooting a plus.
