C&W Facility Services Inc. is seeking a skilled Industrial Mechanical Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing repairs and preventive maintenance on industrial equipment, including pumps, conveying systems, piping, heat exchangers, and power transmissions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on industrial equipment, following established standards and procedures.
  • Assist in formulating preventive maintenance standards and work procedures.
  • Provide work order feedback on discrepancies noted in service delivery.
  • Operate and maintain heavy industrial equipment, such as forklifts, scissors lifts, and skid loaders.
  • Work at elevated areas, utilizing fall protection equipment as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Working knowledge of hand and power tools, precision alignment, rigging, pipefitting, welding, blueprint reading, and mathematics.
  • Ability to use hand tools on a daily basis, including power tools and rigging equipment.
  • Experience with welding and operating heavy industrial equipment.
  • Flexibility to work all shifts, including holidays and weekends.
  • Ability to maintain positive customer and employee relations.
