Job Title: Senior Site Reliability Engineer

At The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability and performance of our technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate responses with the Site Reliability Center and application support teams for critical events generated within the ACFR domain.
  • Respond to critical events in other domains and assess impacts to applications within the ACFR domain.
  • Triage events identified via the Big Panda tool and respond by addressing, engaging support teams, or escalating as appropriate.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for process improvements for applications as well as domain SRE functions.
  • Maintain domain SRE Knowledgebase.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of Site Reliability Engineering experience.
  • 7+ years of professional experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills, written and oral.
  • Ability to work in stressful situations.
Preferred Skills:
  • Demonstrated competence with a mainstream development tool.
  • Experience in the financial industry.
