Job Overview

FindTalent is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join a dynamic team. The client company is a leading utilities powerhouse that is committed to delivering innovative and sustainable solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, particularly in site design and foundation design. They will lead and manage civil engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring all designs meet safety, quality, and sustainability standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage civil engineering projects from conception to completion.
  • Design and develop site plans, including grading, drainage, and utility layouts.
  • Perform foundation design for various structures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams.
  • Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to determine project requirements and constraints.
  • Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and reports.
  • Coordinate with other engineering disciplines, clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • PE (Professional Engineer) license preferred.
  • 5-10 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on site design and foundation design.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction practices, and safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, etc.).
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
