As a key member of our project team, you will work closely with clients, contractors, and local government officials to deliver high-quality land development plans for commercial, institutional, and energy clients.
Responsibilities will include designing site layouts, grading plans, storm water management facilities, water quality best management practices, and utilities. You will also be responsible for interacting with clients, contractors, and local government officials to ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's degree a plus)
- 6-8+ years of progressive engineering experience
- Professional Engineering Registration (P.E.) preferred
- Proficiency in computer modeling software such as AutoCAD/Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, HydraFlow
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Able to research local codes and ordinances
- Experience with commercial real estate site design a plus
