Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Desktop Support Technician to join our team in Boise, ID. The successful candidate will provide technical assistance and support for incoming questions and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve onsite and remote tickets in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Provide technical assistance and solutions to customers as well as other IT staff or contractors
  • Collaborate with senior IT staff to perform basic troubleshooting of networks, web pages, workstations, computers, and mobile devices
  • Develop and deliver IT training sessions, presentations, documentation, and instructions to share with other IT support teams
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A high school diploma and 3 years of experience
  • HDI Desktop Support Technician, MS: Configuring Windows Devices, CompTIA A+ CE certifications
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401K with company matching, flexible spending accounts, paid holidays, three weeks paid time off, and more.

About the Job Location

This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent must be able to stand, walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.
