About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough physical therapy evaluations to determine the extent of symptoms and functional limitations.
  • Develop targeted treatment plans to decrease or eliminate symptoms and restore function.
  • Utilize various physical therapy techniques, including thermotherapy, electrotherapy, and exercise, to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Document progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Supervise and direct physical therapy assistants to ensure patient goals are met.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited school of physical therapy.
  • Licensure or eligibility for licensure in the State of Ohio.
  • Preferred qualifications include excellent communication skills, dependability, versatility, and teamwork.
