Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Project Coordinator to join our team at Dean Builds. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to project managers, site managers, accounting, and operations on assigned construction projects.

In this role, you will assist in establishing bid lists, including invitations, subcontractor calls, and subcontractor qualifications. You will also be responsible for maintaining all project drawings, generating, processing, and tracking project-related documentation, and obtaining, distributing, and processing submittals and shop drawings.

You will work closely with our project managers to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company and contribute to the success of our projects.

  • Provide day-to-day support to project teams on assigned construction projects.
  • Assist in establishing bid lists, including invitations and subcontractor qualifications.
  • Maintain all project drawings and documents.
  • Generate, process, and track project-related documentation.
  • Obtain, distribute, and process submittals and shop drawings.
