Project Overview

We are seeking a Construction Project Lead (Mechanical Trade) to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing our mechanical construction projects from start to finish.

You will work closely with our Project Superintendents and Project Managers to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee mechanical construction projects.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Requirements
  • $95,000 - $130,000 per year.
  • A degree in a relevant field such as engineering or construction management.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in mechanical construction.
  • Possession of at least one of the following licenses or certifications: Journeyman or Master Plumbing License, Journeyman or Master HVAC License, Limited Journeyman Duct HVAC License, Limited Journeyman Installer HVAC License, Medical Gas/Brazing Certification.

This role may involve short- or long-term domestic travel.
