Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care to our clients in their homes. As a Physical Therapist with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from adult to geriatric, and make a meaningful difference in their lives.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct home visits to assess and develop individualized care plans for clients
  • Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to evaluate client progress
  • Develop and implement appropriate interventions, including manual therapeutic exercises and gait training
  • Continuously assess and revise care plans to ensure optimal client outcomes
  • Collaborate with nursing and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
Requirements:
  • Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license
  • Minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
