BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Aston, Pennsylvania.

As a Physical Therapist with BAYADA Home Health Care, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients in their homes. Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting home visits to assess clients' physical needs and develop personalized care plans
  • Performing diagnostic tests and measurements to evaluate clients' mobility, strength, and balance
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans to improve clients' physical function and independence
  • Collaborating with nursing and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Providing education and training to clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities

Qualifications include:

  • A current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license
  • A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred
