We are seeking a highly skilled Hydraulic Systems Engineer to join our team at Doosan Bobcat NA US. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing world-class hydraulic systems that meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop hydraulic systems that meet or exceed customer expectations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify product requirements and develop system solutions
  • Lead research and development projects to investigate emerging technologies and trends in mobile hydraulics
  • Provide subject matter expertise to New Product Development teams to influence product design
  • Perform system sizing and design calculations, and specify components to meet system requirements
  • Develop analysis and validation plans to ensure product, system, and component requirements are met
  • Direct analysis and verification testing to ensure hydraulic system and component issues are resolved
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar field
  • Excellent engineering analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent written communication, verbal communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to lead technical projects and small technical project teams
  • Previous experience with hydraulic systems and components preferred
  • Previous off-road equipment design experience preferred
