Overview



Greco Properties is seeking an experienced Leasing Director to join our team in Minneapolis.



This is an onsite role in a beautiful, established luxury apartment building in the heart of Minneapolis.



Responsibilities


  • Leasing and Sales

    • Work closely with Property Managers to achieve leasing goals through effective leasing and renewal retention strategies.
    • Respond to leads, provide tours of the apartment and community to potential residents, and discuss the advantages of leasing at the property.
    • Closing the sale, screen rental applications, and qualify potential residents.
    • Negotiate rates and terms for leases as needed within budgeted parameters.

  • Market Analysis and Pricing
  • Propose pricing adjustments by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
  • Relationship Building
  • Establish strong working relationships with referring partners, such as locators, realtors, corporate housing companies, and relocation companies.
  • Administrative Tasks
  • Review leasing files to ensure accuracy, submit commission reports monthly in a timely manner, and comply with all Federal and Local Fair Housing regulations and ordinances.
  • Attend weekly leasing meetings and monthly marketing meetings.


Requirements

Education and Experience




  • 2 years of experience in sales or sales management role.
  • 2-year college degree.
  • Strong sales background with a solid history of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Competitive and self-motivated with a strong, independent work ethic.
  • Demonstrated success with negotiating sales.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work effectively on multiple tasks in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
  • Attentive to detail and adhere to company standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Weekend availability.


Preferred Qualifications




  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Leasing, marketing, and/or property management experience.
  • Knowledge of the Minneapolis real estate market.
