About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Science Specialist to join our team at Norstella. As a key member of our Data Science team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing AI and ML solutions that drive business value. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation and deliver results-driven projects.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with product partners to identify new opportunities for AI and ML applications, conducting research and developing algorithms, and delivering presentations on advances in the field. You will also contribute to the development of our common data science platform and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and ML.

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in data science, computer science, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in AI and ML application development. A graduate degree in Computer Science or a related field is also required. Substantial depth and breadth in NLP, Deep Learning, Generative AI, and other state-of-the-art techniques are essential. Excellent problem-solving skills, communication skills, and experience mentoring junior team members are also necessary.
