Key Responsibilities

As a Principal Software Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of complex software systems that integrate with AI / ML and medical tooling like Multum, MedRT, Snomed, and more. You will work closely with cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and healthcare experts to design, develop, and deploy innovative software solutions that facilitate seamless communication between patients, medical professionals, and healthcare systems.

Key responsibilities include:
  1. Lead the design and implementation of complex software systems.
  2. Act in engineering capacity to build and produce complex clinical systems.
  3. Develop, maintain, and optimize high-quality code to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our software products.
  4. Participate in architectural discussions and provide technical guidance to ensure the adoption of best practices and alignment with the overall technology roadmap.
  5. Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
