Job Summary:

The Commercial Contracts Counsel is an integral member of the legal team responsible for the day-to-day coordination of legal work on commercial contracts and commercial operations. This role requires a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including U.S. pharmaceutical laws, anti-kickback laws, FDA regulations, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee company's commercial contracts and general business matters by providing direct legal services on a broad range of matters.
  • Liaise with a range of stakeholders across different functions in handling commercial contracting.
  • Work with and supervise outside counsel on various legal matters as appropriate.
  • Provide well-reasoned and practical legal advice and counsel in a timely fashion.
Requirements:
  • 3 years or more of legal experience as a commercial attorney with pharmaceutical experience.
  • Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) – Required.
  • JD degree from a nationally recognized law school – Required.
