About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Non-Technical Dealer Advocate to join our team at Polaris Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our dealership partners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded, and driving business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for building relationships, a strong understanding of the powersports industry, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional support to dealership partners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership partners through regular communication, site visits, and collaborative problem-solving.
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop and execute strategic plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the powersports industry.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, with occasional overnight stays.
