Position Overview:
The Advanced Perinatal Sonographer exhibits superior expertise in diagnostic imaging management. This role requires critical thinking skills, the ability to integrate multi-system considerations, and proactive observation and management of expected clinical events. The position emphasizes interdisciplinary teamwork and a results-driven approach to patient care.

Qualifications:
  • Graduation from an accredited diagnostic medical sonography program with a minimum of five years of relevant experience; additional clinical experience or credentials may be accepted in lieu of some educational requirements.
  • Specialty certification through ARDMS or CCI.
  • Over five years of experience as a Sonographer, with a focus on Perinatal Sonography.
  • Preferred dual registries (e.g., Fetal Echo, Pediatric Echocardiography, Nuchal Translucency, Advanced Cardiac Sonographer, Registered Cardiac Sonographer, or Adult Echo).
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position with day shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, requiring no weekend or holiday work.
