Cardiac Sonographer II

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Cardiac Sonographer II to join our team at Houston Methodist Clear Lake Hospital. As a key member of our cardiovascular imaging department, you will be responsible for performing a variety of echocardiograms, including transthoracic and transesophageal studies, as well as stress echocardiograms and other advanced procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Perform echocardiograms and other cardiovascular imaging procedures with precision and accuracy
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care
- Communicate effectively with patients and families to explain procedures and results
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and departmental efficiency
- Graduate of an accredited diagnostic medical sonography program
- Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) or equivalent certification
- 3+ years of experience in cardiac sonography, with a focus on echocardiography
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
