Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Radiological Engineer to provide service support and preventive maintenance on general imaging modalities during normal working hours and on-call rotation as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to unscheduled service requests from users by performing initial problem verification, troubleshooting, and problem correction.
  • Complete scheduled maintenance in accordance with PM Inspection and Protocol management plan, and document repairs or maintenance activities.
  • Attend service schools, in-house training, and self-directed study as required to stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Assist other technical positions in Clinical Engineering/Medical Physics, and other departments in the hospital as needed.
  • Support medical equipment installations as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required.

Requirements:

  • Graduate from an electronic technical school.
  • 1-3 years' experience performing direct repair and maintenance on medical equipment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree in biomedical or electronic engineering.
  • Experience working with radiological or ultrasound devices.
