Job Title: Home Health Caregiver

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and supportive Home Health Caregiver to provide assistance and companionship to a 21-year-old male. The ideal candidate will have a valid Nursing Assistant (LNA) License in the State of New Hampshire and a minimum of 6 months of experience working in the field.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship.
  • Document the client's condition and notify a supervisor of any concerns.
  • Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways.
  • Participate in activities that bring clients joy such as puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies.
