Fragrance Luxury Business Leader: We are seeking a highly experienced Fragrance Luxury Business Leader to join our team in the Americas region. As a seasoned sales and education professional, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and implementing educational strategies for our global fragrance business.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the fragrance or luxury goods industry, with 5+ years of experience in sales and education roles. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across the Americas region, cultivating strong relationships with key accounts and partners, and designing and delivering comprehensive training programs for sales staff and beauty advisors.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth and implement educational strategies for our global fragrance business.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key accounts and partners.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for sales staff and beauty advisors.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include premium medical, dental, and vision coverage; employee discounts on all Huda Beauty products; quarterly product gifting.
