We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Group Health Sales Executive to join our team at Allstate Insurance Company. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting strong broker relationships and the sale of our health group medical products.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruit and train new brokers to achieve sales growth objectives
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing brokers to increase sales and retention
- Provide enrollment support and make qualifying calls on groups with brokers
- Work with brokers to analyze markets and formulate recruiting programs to secure high-quality business
- Help implement and monitor procedures to improve persistency of business written in assigned territory
- 4-year Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- 5 or more years of experience in sales and marketing (preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to stay current on sales and marketing techniques and changes in state and federal law
