Job Overview

Arizona Autism United is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in providing high-quality autism services to children and families in the Tempe corridor area. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for serving a caseload of individual clients, supervising assistant specialists and behavior technicians, and providing training for parents and other direct care staff.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment settings, providing clinical oversight to others, and being licensed as a Behavior Analyst by the AZ Board of Psychologist Examiners. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical oversight to assistant specialists and behavior technicians
  • Supervise and train parents and other direct care staff

Requirements:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Licensed as a Behavior Analyst by the AZ Board of Psychologist Examiners
  • Experience working in ABA treatment settings
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
