Job Description

Helen's Hands, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a DSP, you will provide care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their home or community settings.

Duties of Position:

  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as laundry, cleaning, and meal planning
  • Help individuals with medication administration and personal care needs
  • Support individuals in achieving their goals and exploring their local community
  • Document daily activities and supports provided in the computer

Requirements:

  • Active driver's license with a good driving record
  • Acceptable criminal background check
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
