POSITION SUMMARY
Butler County Community College (BC3) is seeking qualified candidates for the role of Student Enrollment Coordinator. This is a full-time position focused on enhancing enrollment processes and supporting student services.
Under the supervision of the Director of Records and Registration, the Student Enrollment Coordinator will actively engage in the development and upkeep of technological solutions for various processes. This includes troubleshooting technical challenges within the Student Information System (SIS), Curriculum Management System (Curriculog), and Client Relations Management (CRM) system. The role also involves establishing workflows and standardized procedures for electronic forms and processes pertinent to the management of student academic records.
Qualifications include an Associate Degree from an accredited institution in Business, Computer Science, General Studies, or a related field. A Bachelor's Degree in these areas is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate strong critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and experience with data analysis and emerging technologies. A minimum of two years in customer service, particularly with diverse populations, is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and PowerAutomate is highly desirable. Flexibility for occasional evening and weekend hours may be required.
