Job Opportunity Overview

The Role:

Mattel Retail Service Division is seeking a Temporary Team Associate to collaborate with Retail Service Representatives. The position requires a minimum of 15 hours/week during Peak Season (November and December).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Merchandising Mattel/Fisher Price products on store shelves
  • Building displays and implementing Point of Purchase materials
  • Ensuring planogram compliance and providing customer service
  • Participating in special projects and conducting in-store demonstrations

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Preferred device: up-to-date smartphone and/or computer with Chrome Browser access
  • Valid driver's license and current car insurance, or reliable transportation
  • Physical requirements: climbing ladders up to 12' tall, lifting up to 25 lbs., and occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Available to work daytime hours during the week and scheduled weekends, to the extent permitted by law
  • Must live within the territory of New Orleans, LA 70002 to service/partner with assigned Rep.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School Graduate or GED equivalent
  • Consumer product industry or retail experience
  • Computer skill set
  • Previous Mattel experience

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
