Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and present salad bar items, side dishes, and desserts with precision and attention to detail.
- Ensure the quality of all inventory and fresh produce meets the highest standards, including proper management of storage areas.
- Assist management in tracking expiration dates on all products.
- Maintain the cleanliness of all kitchen equipment and areas.
- Complete any beginning or closing shift duties.
- Ability to transport objects up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work at a quick pace.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays.
