Position Summary

PXP is in search of a visionary Creative Director (Art) specializing in social media to spearhead our content and campaign strategies, enhancing brand visibility and audience engagement.

In this role, you will be instrumental in defining our clients' digital identities through integrated content strategies. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the development and implementation of captivating social media content and campaigns that resonate with target demographics, stimulate growth, and elevate brand perception.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide artistic direction for all social media content, including visual assets, videos, and written material, ensuring a cohesive and innovative approach.
  • Guide and inspire creative team members to cultivate a collaborative and imaginative work atmosphere.
  • Oversee the quality and timely completion of all projects assigned to the creative team.
  • Occasionally contribute directly by producing high-quality social media content while remaining abreast of industry trends and best practices.
  • Facilitate ongoing professional development opportunities for team members.
  • Regularly report on project progress at key stages of conception, creation, and execution.
  • Ensure that all designs and content consistently reflect and positively represent the brand and company values.
  • Proactively identify potential challenges that may hinder project timelines and implement effective solutions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging platforms, and new technologies to foster innovation in social media content.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar leadership role, particularly focused on social media content and campaigns.
  • Extensive knowledge of cultural trends, including pop culture, with a particular emphasis on sports and music.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating successful creative campaigns, content, and strategic initiatives.
  • Strategic mindset with a comprehensive understanding of social media dynamics and best practices.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Expertise in developing brand content through multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • Comfortable engaging with high-profile clients and industry leaders.
  • Evidence of ongoing professional development in content creation and social media.
  • Recent hands-on experience in crafting social campaigns and content.
  • Ability to present information clearly and accurately, with a strong attention to detail.
