  • Oversee quality control in kitchen operations and inventory
  • Facilitate cross-training for Team Members to enhance flexibility
  • Deliver training and leadership to hourly Team Members and peers
  • Manage product merchandising and uphold safety standards
  • Establish and promote team performance objectives
  • Encourage diversity and inclusion within the team
