Job Summary

We're seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of CVS Health, providing exceptional customer service to our members. You'll work in a fast-paced call center environment, using your excellent communication skills to resolve member issues and provide support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members via phone, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Listen to member needs and provide direction on how to get the care they may need.
  • Build trusting and caring relationships with members, creating an emotional connection and understanding their needs.
  • Utilize all relevant information to effectively influence member engagement and provide education to support them in managing their health.
  • Document and track all contacts, events, and outcomes with members using appropriate systems and processes.
  • Take immediate action when confronted with a problem or made aware of a situation, resolving issues without or with limited management intervention.
Requirements
  • Customer service experience in a transaction-based environment, such as a call center or retail location, with the ability to be empathetic and compassionate.
  • 1+ year of Microsoft Office Suite experience.
  • Effective organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Must live in and work Eastern Standard Time Zone.
  • Must be flexible to work an 8-hour shift between 8am and 8pm EST.
