Key Responsibilities:
  • Report Management: Regularly update and maintain quality assurance reports utilizing Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Data Analysis: Employ Power BI to create, update, and analyze reports, ensuring data accuracy and providing insightful visualizations.
  • Salesforce Management: Oversee and update data within Salesforce to guarantee that records are current and precise.
  • Documentation: Assist in the preparation and upkeep of quality documentation, ensuring adherence to internal standards and external regulations.
  • Support QA Team: Provide administrative and operational assistance to the QA team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the formulation and execution of quality enhancement initiatives.
  • Communication: Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality standards are upheld and issues are addressed promptly.
Qualifications:
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience:
  • Demonstrated experience in a comparable role within a quality assurance setting.
  • Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Power BI for data analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Over 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce for data management and reporting.
