This position will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Director of Client Experience Coordinators and working closely with Advisers and Client Experience Coordinators to provide a seamless and complimentary client experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-level administrative support to the Director of Client Experience Coordinators
- Schedule internal and external meetings, including booking travel arrangements
- Manage calendars for both internal and external meetings, ensuring timely starts and ends
- Prepare and process client correspondence, including cover letters and mailings
- Assist with operational projects and annual compliance mailings as needed
- Maintain accurate records of client information in CRM and reporting systems
- Develop and maintain relationships with other professional organizations to best serve clients' needs
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory requirements
- Strong communication and computer skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines, with a strong work ethic and efficient time management
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
- Ability to anticipate needs and adapt to changing priorities, with a flexible and proactive approach
- Professional-level communication, listening, and client service skills
- Experience working in a customer-focused service delivery role, with a strong understanding of client needs and expectations
