About the Position
In this role, you will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans that cater to each individual's unique needs. Your expertise in managing complex health issues will be crucial in ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities
- Monitor patients' vital signs and cardiac rhythms to identify any potential complications or concerns.
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians to ensure effective patient care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of patients.
- Provide education to patients and their families on disease management and post-hospital care to promote healthy outcomes and prevent readmissions.
Requirements
- A current and active RN license.
- BLS certification.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a progressive care unit or stepdown setting.

Compensation
The estimated weekly pay package for this position is $2,241* per week, based on bill rates at the time of posting. This includes hourly wages, as well as eligible reimbursements for meal and incidental expenses and housing. Please note that bill rates can change frequently and without notice, and exact pay packages may vary based on guaranteed hours, distance being traveled, experience, and other customizations available to travelers.
