Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate calendars and arrange meetings for clients, potential clients, and external partners.
  • Engage in client discussions - addressing inquiries, reviewing beneficiaries, assisting with technology, and documenting notes.
  • Guide clients on the online tools and resources at their disposal.
  • Facilitate the opening, transferring, and closing of client accounts while maintaining accurate account documentation.
  • Handle all necessary paperwork to establish, maintain, and service client accounts.
  • Respond to incoming communications in a courteous manner to ensure timely fulfillment of client requests.
  • Collaborate with Professional Partners to cultivate relationships that address client needs.
Qualifications:

  • Experience in Wealth Management is essential.
  • Possession of a Series 65 license is mandatory.
  • A college degree is preferred but not required.
  • Administrative experience is advantageous but not obligatory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe is required.
  • Experience with CRM databases is preferred but not necessary.
